Refund / Exchange Policy
Our store is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while also maintaining a fair exchange policy. For all purchases, we do not offer refunds on any item once you leave the store. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, respecting the trust our customers place in us. However, we understand that sometimes a product may have issues. In such cases, we offer exchanges on vapes within 48 hours (with proof of purchase) but only for the same model. In these circumstances, we kindly request that the customer charges the device to see if the issue resolves before requesting an exchange. Our aim is to work with our customers to ensure their satisfaction while also adhering to our store policies for the benefit of all our patrons.
